Overview

Quality Respiratory Care required a clear, professional presentation package for a provincial tender process. The materials needed to communicate technical information with accuracy while remaining accessible to both English- and French-speaking stakeholders.

Approach

I designed a bilingual tender booklet and an accompanying slide deck, building a cohesive visual system that supported readability, structure, and confident communication. Layouts were developed to present service details, technical requirements, and organizational strengths in a clean, organized format.

Outcome

The final presentation package provided QRC with a polished, credible submission for a competitive provincial tender. The bilingual booklet and slide deck strengthened clarity, supported their messaging strategy, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism to decision-makers.
