Overview
Penniac Wilderness needed a distinctive identity to support a growing outdoor YouTube channel documenting the construction of an off-grid cabin. The client is also a physician and expedition medic, which meant the brand had to extend beyond the cabin project and support his broader goals.
Approach
I created a primary identity inspired by natural textures, craftsmanship, and the cabin-building story. I also developed a secondary brand called Penniac Wilderness Adventures to represent his international expedition work, including trips to Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp. Together, the two identities formed a cohesive brand system that supported both local outdoor content and global adventure storytelling.
Outcome
The updated brand increased recognition, supported the growth of a channel that now exceeds 55,000 subscribers, and helped position the client for larger opportunities aligned with his international expedition and adventure work.
